In 2022, our founder Rohan Mehta was renovating his Pune apartment. Despite weeks of searching, he couldn't find an electrician he could trust with a fair price. Workers arrived late, gave verbal quotes that ballooned overnight, and payments were unsafe — no receipts, no recourse.
He wasn't alone. Over 85% of Indian homeowners report feeling cheated or dissatisfied in at least one home construction experience. Meanwhile, millions of highly skilled labourers — carpenters, masons, plumbers — are underpaid, unprotected, and invisible to the digital economy.

Structlyx was incorporated in early 2023. Within six months, we had onboarded 200 verified workers across Mumbai, Pune, and Delhi NCR. Today we operate in 30+ cities, with deep ambitions to reach every corner of India — including Tier-2 cities and towns where the construction workforce is largest and most underserved.
